Reservation Length: All regular prices are for an all day rental term. We drop off day of event and pick up following morning. Same day Pickups are not available.  Earliest deliveries start from 8am on the day of the event and can range to the customers desired delivery time. Pickups are 1-3 days after day of event 8am-7pm 

Delivery: Delivery times should be arranged about 2-4 hours before the start of your event; however, deliveries will be made between 8AM and your reservation time (this is necessary in order to meet all customers' requested reservation times).  

Pickup: Pickup's will begin from 8am and as late as 7pm  If you are finished using the bouncers before the pickup time, you may simply unplug the unit until the driver arrives for pickup. 

SITE PREPARATION: Customer must make sure setup site is ready, (i.e. lawns mowed, vehicles/obstacles out of the way, animal feces removed, setup location cleared) before driver is scheduled to arrive. If the site is not ready or accessible when the driver arrives, or if rented equipment cannot be moved directly on site (extra handling involved) the customer may be charged an additional fee. If site is not prepared driver might be forced to leave and reschedule your delivery at a later time, in which case a delivery fee may be applied.

Weather: LAKE FOREST PARTY RENTALS cannot guarantee weather conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your inflatable/tent prior to delivery if severe weather conditions are imminent or if we have any reason to believe that the inflatable equipment and/or its users may be in danger. Some examples of severe weather are high winds, excessive rain, snow, and lightening. In the event of severe weather during a rental, customer agrees that he /she/they will unplug the inflatable/tent, allow it to deflate/takedown, and not use until the severe weather ends. Chairs, Tables, and other rental equipment are an exception. 

Supervision: The safety of the children depends on you. Your personal supervision is absolutely required at all times. As the lessee of this inflatable unit, the safety of all the riders is your responsibility. As the adult supervisor, you should position yourself in close proximity of the entrance to the ride and be prepared to assist riders when they enter/exit the ride.

DRUGS AND ALCOHOL:  NO DRUGS OR ALCOHOL ARE TO BE USED IN OR AROUND THE INFLATABLE. NO ONE USING DRUGS OR ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED IN OR AROUND THE INFLATABLE FOR ANY REASON AT ANY TIME.

DO NOT enter inflatable unless attendant is on duty!

Follow attendant or operator instructions at all times.

Remove all sharp and pointed objects before entering. 

Remove shoes, eyeglasses, and jewelry before entering. 

No food, gum, drinks, pets, or sprays inside unit.

No tumbling, flipping, wrestling, chasing, or piling on others. 

No rough play inside inflatable units.

No unevenly matched users. 

ONLY Adults with Adults and Children with Children. 

Do not enter inflatable if you are pregnant or have any physical problems.

Do not play near the entrance or exit.Do not jump against, climb, or play near the sides or walls.

If weather conditions get bad, or if the inflatable begins to deflate, stop playing, remain calm, and carefully exit the inflatable.

DO NOT use inflatables during inclement weather (rain, hale, or when winds exceed 20mph). 

Only one rider sliding at a time.

Inflatable Slides: correct sliding method is seated, feet in front of you. Do Not Slide head first. 

Shoes/Glasses/Jewelry: All riders MUST REMOVE SHOES, GLASSES, AND ALL LOOSE JEWELRY before playing in the inflatable.

Pre-existing Health Conditions: Pregnant women, individuals with pre-existing injuries, and others susceptible to injury from falls, bumps or bouncing are not permitted in or on the inflatable unit at any time.

Flipping/Wrestling/Piling: Improper use of the inflatable includes flipping in the air, wrestling, and riders piling on themselves. Such activity may result in neck and back injuries to riders.

Installation: Do not remove the inflatable from the area where it was installed. If the inflatable unit moves, pull it by one of its corners back to its original location of installation. Keep the inflatable unit away from swimming pools and other sources of water at all times.

Wet and Dry Slide:  Feet first slides only do not slide down head first. No rolling, flipping or tumbling down the slide. Come down the slide up the stairs do not run up the slide. One person at a time going up the stairs

Inclement Weather: Once there is a threat of inclement weather, including strong winds (at or in excess of 20 mph), thunderstorms (especially when lightening is present), or severe cold weather (below 40 degrees), children should immediately exit the inflatable. The blower should thereafter be switched off and removed, and the unit allowed to deflate.

Deflation: Should the unit begin to deflate, do the following: First, have all children exit the unit immediately. Next, if the motor has stopped, make sure that it has not been unplugged. If the motor is still running, check the air intake on the side of the motor for blockage, and check both blower tubes on the inflatable unit to make sure that they are tightly tied off. Never allow riders in or on a partially inflated unit.

Alterations: No alteration in or attachments to the inflatable unit are allowed, period.

General Misuse: Do not allow riders to play or climb on walls, sides or roof of inflatable. Do not allow the inflatable rub up against any surface. Unless previously authorized by LAKE FOREST PARTY RENTALS. Inflatable Rentals, never place a water hose or water in general onto the inflatable. If the inflatable should become wet, have an adult wipe down unit before riders return. Inflatable should not be wet when riders enter the unit.


VERY IMPORTANT

Negligence or Abuse: The following fees may be assessed for negligence or abuse of inflatable

1. Spilled food, drink, dirt, grass, mud will result in a $50 - $80 cleaning fee.

2. The use of SAND OR SILLY STRING will result in a $50-80 cleaning fee.

2. Negligence and damage to unit could result in a $100-$500 repair Fee.

3. If unit is not repairable a fee of $1000-$4500 could result.

4. Deflating unit in the rain could result in a $50-$80 cleaning, pumping and drying fee
